OMGGGGGGGGG I AM SOOOOO IN LOVE WITH THIS WIG! This is the first time I ordered a non lace wig on aliexpress. I was nervous at first being that I've never purchased a wig from this store but this wig is nice and full and looks very natural.Shiping was very fast, faster than I expected had. This is the worst vendor I’ve dealt with on Ali express I have to say.... I ordered this wig in the 18inch version and was sent a beautiful wig the first picture.I liked it so much I ordered it again the same exact link but a longer 20 inch version .....what I received was a mop ...it was a completely different curl pattern and way shorter than the first wig which was shorter....I contacted the vendor and they are giving me the run around I’ve talked to several different ppl .....they tried to tell me that they now measure from the top of the head to the stretched end which is completely false and makes no sense...they told me I had to go out of my way in Covid 1 and pay 15$ to ship the item back to them and the would then refund me minus the 15 dollars smh the worst customer service and I’m still in the process of trying to get refunded ...I give them minus 1 star for bad product and bad customer service

When the package never came I massage the seller to ask where she sent it to and she sent it to the wrong address and someone took my package. I payed 15$ for this hair puls a extra 30$ bc the price Is wrong on here. When I try to get money money back she refused to accept my dispute
